Refunds
At Bettico Grooming, we are committed to delivering high-quality beard care products. Due to the nature of our items and hygiene standards, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products, including beard oils, balms, or grooming tools, unless the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly shipped
If your order fits one of these exceptions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@betticogrooming.com with a photo and description of the issue.
Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or delays by third-party shipping carriers.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a replacement due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the cost of reshipping the item.
